
Kari-Anne Larmerud

Kari-Anne joined Statkraft in 2016 and has more than 20 years of experience working in the borderline between Business and IT, leading organisational change in global companies.
She previously held positions as Head of Business Improvement and Head of Vendor Management in Höegh Autoliners, and as Business/IT analyst and Head of Business Solutions in Wilh. Wilhelmsen. From her career in global companies, she is passionate about intercultural challenges and “making the complicated easy and visible”.
Kari-Anne holds a Cand. Scient degree in Informatics from the University of Oslo and is currently working on a MSc in Information Security Management at the Arden University in Liverpool.
She has spoken in several conferences like ISF World Congress, Sikkerhetsfestivalen, Digital Ship, and ISACA.
As Corporate Information Security Responsible in Statkraft her focus the last 5 years has been solely on information security, leading the company towards a stronger information security culture.
