Nipun Gupta leads Devo's initiatives to provide thought leadership, strategic direction on the development of security products, and deep customer and partner engagement across the EMEA region.

Prior to joining Devo, he served as the Vice President, Global Cyber Security Strategy & Innovation at Deutsche Bank in their Silicon Valley office.

He is also actively investing in cyber startups, and works closely on product and GTM strategy with the brightest founders, startups and technology leaders.

Introducing the UOC: where the NOCs meet the SOCs

The fusion of automation and scalable SIEM in the public cloud defines “cloud-native SIEM”. This approach continues to disrupt operational security in new ways as businesses undertake their digital transformation. Meanwhile, the convergence of security operations and network operations is leading SOC and NOC to combine for public cloud workloads.

This is leading to the creation of the first-generation cloud United Operations Center (UOC). This session will examine how we can address the barriers to machine intelligence, bring in automation to elevate UOC to the center of enterprise security decision-making, and how SecOps and Analyst teams will adapt to this brave new world.
